En el año 1999, el tecladista y compositor Octavio Stampalia (quien provenía del grupo Anima) decidió juntarse con otros músicos para formar esta nueva banda. La combinación compositiva de estos artistas deriva en su Opera Prima de Rock Sinfónico con pasajes un tanto épicos como operísticos y un contenido lírico notoriamente guiado por el surrealismo, además de un sonido más rockero con toques Hard y Art Rock.

In 1999, keyboardist and songwriter Octavio Stampalia (who had previously been a member of the band Anima) decided to hang out with other musicians in order to start a brand new outfit. The combined composing skills of the artists involved derived in their Symphonic Rock debut, which featured passages of somewhat epic and operatic proportions, added to a manifestedly surrealistic lyrical content and a much rockier sound with nice touches of Hard and Art Rock.
